EndoVsmart nasce dalla volontà di un gruppo di imprenditori italiani animati dalla volontà di portare innovazioni rivoluzionarie nella terapia endovascolare, un settore dove le grandi aziende al contrario pensano, guidate da motivi soprattutto economici, a standardizzare quello che non si può rendere standard per definizione: “le protesi vascolari su misura o custom made”.
Questa idea è ben rappresentata nella vision aziendale: “Dove gli altri vedono dei limiti, noi vediamo nuove opportunità terapeutiche”
Il punto cardine del progetto è il seguente: la protesi vascolare si deve adattare alla morfologia del paziente e non viceversa, riportando il paziente e la malattia al centro del progetto terapeutico. In questo progetto internazionale l’ingegno italiano si è unito alla tecnologia costruttiva di una grande azienda Brasiliana, Braile Biomedical, che garantisce altissimi livelli di progettazione e di qualità produttiva. Le due società condividono la stessa filosofia: realizzazione di progetti salva vita innovativi ma al contempo semplici, che garantiscano risultati duraturi e facilitino il lavoro degli operatori.
Un altro aspetto estremamente importante sul quale le società hanno investito moltissimo è l’ottimizzazione dei tempi di realizzazione della protesi: il progetto viene finalizzato entro 15 giorni dalla ricezione delle informazioni cliniche e la protesi finita può essere consegnata entro 50 giorni dall’ordine. In questo periodo di tempo non solo viene realizzata la protesi definitiva, ma Braile Biomedical realizza anche un prototipo identico che viene testato in vitro per valutare la sicurezza dell’impianto.
Innovazione, Sicurezza e Rapidità sono le tre parole chiave di questo progetto.
Endovsmart è localizzata in Emilia Romagna, una Regione da sempre innovativa nel campo del biomedicale ed è in questa sede che vengono ideati i progetti per essere realizzati da Braile in Brasile e inviati nelle varie Nazioni Europee.
Endovsmart was founded by a team of Italian entrepreneurs, driven by the idea of bringing revolutionary innovations in endovascular therapy. This is a medical field in which big companies believe they can standardize what is impossible to standardize by definition “custom made vascular endoprostheses”.
This concept is very well represented by the vision of the company: “Where others see limits, we see new therapeutic opportunities”.
The concept behind the project is that: vascular endoprosthesis must adapt to patient morphology and not the other way around; the focus must be on the patient and his disease.
In this international project, Italian ingenuity and the high-quality technology of a Brazilian Company, Braile Biomédica, merge. The two companies share the same philosophy, namely: making innovative life-saving devices, which are simple but at the same time long lasting and user friendly.
The two companies have also invested a lot in the optimization of manufacturing times: the project can be finished within 15 days after having received the clinical information and the prosthesis itself can be delivered to the hospital within 50 days from the order. In this time frame, Braile Biomédica not only finalizes and custom makes the prosthesis but they also produce a prototype, which is the exact copy and which is tested in vitro to evaluate the safety parameters.
Innovation, Safety and Rapidity are the three key words in this project.
